In a group setting, Hypnotic Sound Meditation offers a therapeutic journey of personal exploration and transformation.
This unique experience harnesses the combined power of group hypnotherapy and sound healing to facilitate deep relaxation, inner exploration, and transformation. Guided by the soothing voice of a professional hypnotherapist, participants are gently led into a trance state, where they can access their subconscious minds with ease. This session is enhanced by Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, deepening the therapeutic benefits of group hypnotherapy.
Through shared intention and mutual support, each participant experiences a profound sense of relaxation and empowerment, paving the way for positive transformation and overall well-being.
During a Hypnotic Sound Meditation session, you can anticipate the following:
1. Pre-Talk. The hypnotherapist will offer a brief overview of the session's process, allowing you to ask questions and feel prepared before beginning.
2. Induction and Deepening. Through guided imagery and verbal cues, you'll enter a state of deep relaxation, enhancing your receptivity to therapeutic suggestions.
3. Therapeutic Suggestions. Tailored positive affirmations and/or suggestions will align with the session's theme, bolstering the post-session benefits of hypnosis.
4. Awakening. You'll be gently guided out of hypnosis, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
5. Discussion. The session concludes with a discussion about your experience, along with journaling prompts to further enhance your journey.
6. Community Connection. Following the formal session, there's an opportunity for community connection over tea and healthy snacks, fostering a supportive environment for sharing and reflection.

When attending a Hypnotic Sound Meditation session, it's best to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. Since you'll be lying down or sitting for 40-60 minutes, choose attire that promotes ease of movement and helps you feel at ease.
Yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, eye pillows, and blankets are provided. However, you may wish to bring your own items to enhance your comfort during the session.
Please bring a water bottle and avoid caffeine prior to the session.
