A Wellness Workshop for People affected by cancer
Co-Hosted by Sky Lantern & Cynergy Allied Health
When you’re living with cancer, or caring for someone who is, life can feel overwhelming.
And the one thing that feels out of reach? Rest.
Fatigue, anxiety, body pain, stress, and emotional overwhelm are common during cancer—and so is feeling like no one really gets what you’re going through. Whether you’re in treatment, adjusting to recovery, or supporting a loved one who’s unwell… you deserve a space to rest, breathe, and feel supported.
Led by experienced health professionals who work with cancer clients every day, this 3-hour workshop blends restorative movement, guided hypnosis, and emotional support tools into one powerful, peaceful morning.
You don’t need any experience. You don’t need a certain fitness level. You just need a little space to rest—and the right kind of support to help you keep going.

Location: Cynergy Allied Health, Suite 5, 8 Alvan Street, Subiaco 6008

3. Therapeutic Suggestions. Tailored positive affirmations and/or suggestions will benefit the post-session benefits of hypnosis.
4. Awakening. You'll be gently guided out of hypnosis, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
